This site is set up to help the homeowners of The Sherwood Association quickly get the information they need on their property. At this time you will need two logins. One log in to make payments with the Saunders HOA Management Portal. The other login is for work orders and architectural change requests. Feel free to call our office at

**Sherwood Dues Notification:**

Please be aware that all communities within The Sherwood Association, except Camalot and Single Family, have two types of dues: Annual Dues and Community Dues. Annual Dues are invoiced and due in January, while Community Dues are charged monthly.

Camalot and Single-Family communities are only required to pay annual dues. Additionally, Camalot residents also receive a yearly electric bill, typically due at the end of the year, which will be billed to all properties accordingly.
