We are currently looking for painters, general handymen, HVAC servicers, general contractors, house cleaners,
carpet/flooring installers, plumbers, roofers, and more.

For us to add you to our preferred vendors list, your company must have the following:
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance
  • Proper Licenses and Certifications for the Services You're Offering to Provide

Vendor FAQ

WE WOULD LIKE TO DO WORK ON YOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. HOW DO WE GET SET UP TO BE A VENDOR?
First, you must have General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance. We will not be able to send you work if you do not have both of these insurances. Please also provide references we can call to hear about the kind of work you do. 
Do I have to have workers' CompenSation insurance?  I only have one or two employees. 
Yes, you must have Workers' Compensation Insurance regardless of the size of your company. We cannot set you up in the system without it. 
DO WE NEED TO COMPLETE A W-9 TAX FORM FOR YOU?
Yes. You can complete one by clicking here. 
WHEN DO YOU PAY YOUR VENDORS FOR WORK DONE?
We pay our vendors two times per month. The first payment is sent between the 9th and 12th of each month, and the second payment is sent at the end of the month. We ask for a 30-day pay window on all invoices, but we try our best to pay you as soon as possible. 
HOW WILL WE GET PAID?
We pay all of our vendors using ACH auto draft. 
HOW DO YOU SEND US WORK ORDERS WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE?
Everything we do is paperless and online. We will email you work orders as they come in to us. 
WHAT KIND OF VENDORS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Due to the amount of properties we manage, we need all kinds of vendors. This includes HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, painting, handyman services...just to name a few. 
WILL YOU SEND US 1099 TAX FORMS AT THE END OF THE YEAR?
Yes, we send them in January of each year.
