Rental Rules for Cobblestone HOA

 

From the Declaration of Condominium section XI. on page 5, it states: 

 

"Each Condominium Unit is hereby restricted to residential use by the Owner thereof, his immediate family, guests, invitees, and lessees. No Owner of any Condominium Unit shall permit the use of the same for transient hotel or non-residential purposes. Nothing herein contained shall prevent Declarant from maintaining sales and construction offices in any Condominium Unit during development according to the Common Plan."

 

This means that short-term rentals for under 30 days are not allowed in Cobblestone. 

 

Also it is very important that the HOA has all contact information for anyone that is living at the Cobblestone Community. Please take a moment and provide us with the contact information of anyone that you are renting the property to. 

 

Your tenant will not be given pool access until we have their contact information.
