Rental Rules for Griffith Park HOA

These rules are from the Griffith Park HOA Governing Documents 

 

Prior Notification: Before the lease goes into effect, the owner must notify the Association in writing with the name of the tenant and any other information the Association reasonably requires [Griffith Park Declaration, Article XVII, Section 17.7].
 
Providing the Lease: The owner must submit a true, executed copy of the lease to the Board within ten (10) days of the document being signed [Griffith Park Declaration, Exhibit C, Section 4].
 
Providing the Management Contract: Because the community strictly prohibits self-managed rentals, the owner must also provide the Association with a copy of their contract with a professional, licensed property management company before leasing the Lot [Griffith Park Declaration, Exhibit C, Section 4].
 
Required Lease Terms: The lease submitted to the Board must be in writing and must explicitly show that the tenant has acknowledged receiving the community's Governing Documents and has agreed to comply with them [Griffith Park Declaration, Exhibit C, Section 4].

 

To comply with these rules, please fill out the Tenant Information Form below and upload a copy of the lease with it. If, for any reason, the lease will not upload, please complete the form below and Email us a copy of your lease to Info@SRealtyNow.com.

Non-Compliance Fine:

 

In the event that the Homeowner(s) shall fail or refuse to provide said disclosure, the homeowner could face fines of up to $100.00 per day after a fine hearing is held. 

 

The Homeowner(s) shall remain obligated to pay the regular or special assessments to the Association, regardless of whether the obligation to pay assessments has been assumed by the tenant in any lease or rental agreement.
