Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and whether they click a phone number, email link, homeowner portal link, or request a management proposal. We also measure proposal submission attempts and visits to the proposal confirmation page after a submission.
Analytics remains off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline and continue using the website. To change your choice, use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any public page. Your choice is saved in this browser; another browser or device may ask again.
Our analytics events do not include the names, email addresses, phone numbers, community names, or messages you enter into forms. We omit page query strings from the page addresses we send to Analytics. Google may process device, browser, and approximate location information when analytics is enabled. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our analytics configuration.
Forms and homeowner services
Information you submit in an inquiry is used to respond to your request. Our management proposal form is processed through FormSubmit. Other forms, embedded videos, the support chat, and the homeowner portal may use third-party services with their own privacy practices. The analytics choice controls our Google Analytics tracking; it does not control these separate services.
Please use the secure homeowner portal for account matters. Do not include payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in general inquiry forms or the support chat.
