- After closing: Update your homeowner information so we can set up your account and keep you informed about dues, portal access, and amenities.
Real estate agents
- Listing agents: Find governing documents, rules, and architectural guidelines on the community page. Email info@SRealtyNow.com for dues, special assessments, or other non-public information before listing.
- Buyer’s agents: Obtain community information from the listing agent or homeowner.
- Under contract: Direct the closing attorney or title company to the closing request form below.
Closing attorneys
Order the HOA closing package and pay through the secure form below. Payment is required before document preparation begins. The completed package is delivered by email.
Package information: The seller’s account balance, outstanding dues, violations, fines, and special assessments, plus current assessment amounts and pending special assessments. Community governing documents are available here.

After closing
Email the final, recorded Warranty Deed to info@SRealtyNow.com within 5 business days so we can update ownership records.
