A proxy appoints a person to act or vote on a homeowner’s behalf as permitted by the form and association requirements. It is different from a ballot, where you record a particular vote.
Use the proxy supplied with your meeting notice. Follow its instructions for the person designated, signatures, property information, deadline and submission method.
Do not assume every association has the same deadline or that a blank proxy automatically appoints the president. If an instruction is unclear, ask our team before submitting the form.
